When the building is built, will the Evergreen House be torn down?
Eventually, yes. The architects are working with the building team
to define a plan that will enable the church to use the Evergreen house
as long as possible
Will we keep
the soccer fields?
We are planning to keep the soccer fields as part of our community
outreach.
Did the scope
of work include all aspects of our church needs?
Yes, the following
ministries participated in the building plans; Administration, Worship
(Band, Tech, Sound, AV), Children's Ministry, School, Youth Ministries,
Fellowship and Wrap Up (Outreach, Outdoor Activities).
Will the
new building have a stage?
The initial scope of work mentions moveable seating arranged in a semi
circle to form a stage environment. Inclusion in the final scope of work
is pending the final budget plans.

Does the
county require a special exception permit for our building?
Yes, our plans call for a school and a sanctuary seating 300+ people.
These plans necessitate a special exception permit. Once the Master Plan
is drafted, it is anticipated the county approval process will take 6-12
months for permit approval.
