Building Plans

When the building is built, will the Evergreen House be torn down?

Eventually, yes. The architects are working with the building team to define a plan that will enable the church to use the Evergreen house as long as possible

Will we keep the soccer fields?

We are planning to keep the soccer fields as part of our community outreach.

Did the scope of work include all aspects of our church needs?

Yes, the following ministries participated in the building plans; Administration, Worship (Band, Tech, Sound, AV), Children's Ministry, School, Youth Ministries, Fellowship and Wrap Up (Outreach, Outdoor Activities).

Will the new building have a stage?

The initial scope of work mentions moveable seating arranged in a semi circle to form a stage environment. Inclusion in the final scope of work is pending the final budget plans.

Who is the Architect that Evergreen has selected?

The firm of LeMay Erickson. Information can be found at http://www.lemayerickson.com/profile.html

Does the county require a special exception permit for our building?

Yes, our plans call for a school and a sanctuary seating 300+ people. These plans necessitate a special exception permit. Once the Master Plan is drafted, it is anticipated the county approval process will take 6-12 months for permit approval.

How can I serve?

You're welcome to serve on any of the capital campaign teams.
